The “As Carrapinhadas” were born 7 years ago, leveraging a family recipe with more than 40 years old!
It started with the delicious caramelized almonds, cooked in the traditional way, in the copper pan and with lot’s of love and care.
The outcome was so good, that they decided to experiment the traditional recipe also with hazelnuts, peanuts, almonds with ginger and walnuts,.. and we couldn’t be happier they have done it so, as the outcome is absolutely delicious too!
You can eat it alone or paired with a good portuguese wine.
